Arrest at brighton did anyone see it

one of the young lads who was at the front early on and then later on with the lies lies lies banner was arrested outside the ground about 45 minutes after the game.
when I walked past him with some mates we asked him if he needed help but he declined.
if you're reading this or any of you are his mate (none of the guys he was originally with were there with the police), he told me was 21 but I didn't get his name and he needs help please ask him to be in contact.
we need to look after our own and I more than many know the importance of having support when the sh*t hits the fan

Offensive weapon, if the banner was on sticks robust enough to hurt someone.
And they don't have to charge you if they arrest you, anyway.
